SHUTSDOWN OF LAGOS AIRPORT RUNWAY WILL NOT AFFECT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL Please be informed that the closure of Runway 18R and 36L of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport will not affect international travel as Taxiway B-18L would be used instead for all flight operations until maintenance is completed. The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria recently announced that Runway 18R and 36L of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, will be shut down for eight weeks for maintenance.
